Ribera del Duero wine is a Spanish red wine produced in the homonymous designation of origin, located in the wine-growing region of northern Spain, along the Duero River, which runs through several provinces of Castilla y León.

Ribera del Duero wine is made mainly from Tempranillo grapes, also known as Tinta del País in this region, although other varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec are also used.
