Godello wine is a type of white wine originating from northwestern Spain, particularly from the Galicia region, although it is also produced in some areas of Castilla y León. It is made primarily from the Godello grape variety, which is characterized by its thick skin and high acid content, which contributes to its freshness and acidity.
Godello wine is usually pale yellow or light gold in color, with aromas of white flowers, citrus and tropical fruits, and a flavor that can range from dry and mineral to fruity and full-bodied, depending on the production technique used.
In general, Godello wine is considered an elegant and balanced wine, with good acidity and structure, and it has become one of the most valued and appreciated white varieties in Spain and abroad.
DESCRIPTION
This is our most ethnographic dish, with which we are going to discover some of the highest quality wines in the world as well as a unique variety. Our objective is to discover how the great winemakers have learned from the small producers, to make incredible wines. At the same time that we discover wine, we are going to explore an unknown environment with an incomparable scenic and historical value.

We want to show you the rich history of this unique enclave in Galicia where wine production was linked to oil production and rural and religious life.
We propose you a snack among vineyards, we are going to make the most of the landscape and the benefits of a Mediterranean climate between mountains.
The trip includes a night in a charming hotel, the choice of the hotel is complemented by the logic of the dish, thus putting a brilliant final point to the dish.
