O Cebreiro cheese and honey
Queixo do Cebreiro is a cow’s milk cheese of Galician origin, specifically from the Cebreiro region, in the province of Lugo. This cheese is made by hand and is one of the oldest in Spain, with a history that goes back at least to the 9th century, since the monks who lived in O Cebreiro at that time brought the recipe from France. King Carlos III was a great lover of this cheese, considered one of the best in the world.
