Fuera de carta
The Basque Country, Navarre, Castilla-León and Galicia are four places united by the Camino de Santiago. But we also join them for different personal and professional reasons. Our tasting menus or our à la carte dishes are not located in a destination for any other reason than being territories that we know perfectly and through which we travel frequently, both for professional and personal reasons.
TAILOR MADE TOURS
Within our destinations we can organize tailor-made trips for each client, always handmade and taking care of the details. We have the best tools to organize something unique and only for the most demanding customers.
Management and organization of long or short walking itineraries: Caminos de Santiago, GR or other itineraries. .
Gastronomic Activities in various locations: Visits to private wineries. tastings and tastings of products, visits to small farmers. Take part in the Harvest, become a beekeeper for a day, mushroom picking, cooking school, or reservations in very special restaurants.
Cultural visits: organize the best cultural tourist visits to the most well-known destinations or small excursions to hidden places.
We collaborate with a number of local professionals who can share your experience: Photographers, architects, historians, geographers.
And we have a worker and social educator to manage groups with special needs.
