Once the reservation is confirmed, start or join any type of tour or activity with us, you will accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and acceptance

1.1. The reservation of any of our tours implies the acceptance of the Privacy Policy detailed in the specific section “Privacy Policy” of our website.
1.2. The reservation of a private tour will be firm when the full payment of the service has been made. Once done, the reservation of the requested places will be made.
1.3. The reservation of a free tour will be firm when the assistant fills in and sends the required data to Not Only Walk through the reservation form for said activity and later receives a confirmation email from us.
1.4. A minimum number of 6 people is required to start any of our free tours. In the event that this number is not reached, the guide will reserve the decision to start the activity or not.
1.5. Our tours are designed for a maximum number of 35 people, with the guide having the possibility of increasing or reducing this number, always guaranteeing the quality of the service.
1.6. Children under 16 years of age will not be included in the total number of tour attendees.
1.7. The fact of reserving the place previously through our website, will give priority over those who do not have a reservation, in the event that the tour is complete.
1.8. Once any of our tours or activities have already started, the guide reserves the right to admit more people or not, regardless of whether or not they have a reservation.

2. Validity, changes and alternatives

2.1. Not Only Walk reserves the right to make changes in prices, itineraries, routes that will be communicated to the client before the service is carried out. Final prices will be confirmed before making the reservation.
2.2. Not Only Walk reserves the right to revise and modify this Web page and the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine if we have changed these Terms.
23. Any increase or decrease in the final price will be notified to the contracting party before making the reservation.
2.4. Not Only Walk will do everything possible to respect the itinerary and details as planned, although it reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to weather conditions, traffic problems, availability of tourist attractions or places of interest, safety of the guide and clients , or causes beyond our control or force majeure.
2.5. Not Only Walk is not responsible for events that occur due to fortuitous events or force majeure, climatic phenomena or events that occur before or during the development of the service, delay or hinder the total or partial execution of the services promised by the company.
2.6. Not Only Walk reserves the right to refuse to perform the contracted service to any person whose conduct may cause offense to the rest of the passengers or to the guide. The penalty will fall on the offending passenger and Not Only Walk will have no responsibility or relationship of any kind towards the passenger.

3. Force majeure

3.1. Not Only Walk assumes no responsibility for delay or inability to service, or for damages caused by terrorist or criminal activity, industrial disputes or strikes, riots, invasions, war or threats of war, fire, explosion, radioactive contamination, or storms, floods , epidemics, diseases or any natural disaster, or extreme weather conditions, road or traffic conditions, temporary technical interruption or other events beyond the control of Not Only Walk.

4. Insurance and prices

4.1. The price does not include travel, medical, cancellation, personal accident, baggage or civil liability insurance. We strongly recommend that you travel with travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, personal effects or civil liability before starting the tour, in addition to a European Health Insurance Card if you are entitled to it.
4.2. There will be no responsibility on the part of Not Only Walk in the event of loss, theft or damage to luggage or other types of personal belongings, or civil liability for physical damage or death other than that understood within the law.
4.3. Not Only Walk is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any accident, mishap, damage, or loss of life that the client suffers in any of our walking visits, excursions, trips or transfers by public transport.
4.4. The price does not include any extra service, nor the entrance or guided tour inside any monumental building. The explanations will always be made from outside them.

5. Other operators, suppliers, subcontracted companies

5.1. Not Only Walk will not be responsible for third parties, such as unscheduled closure of attractions or events beyond our control, nor will it be responsible for omissions, negligent acts of any supplier or service provider, unless that person is an employee of Not Only Walk.

6. Cancellations and refund

6.1. In the event that a tour or activity is suspended due to force majeure, including in these cases the illness or indisposition of the guide, people with a reservation will be notified as soon as possible through their email.
6.2. If your reservation was confirmed, and you want to change to an alternative date or you want to change to another trip, you must contact us to check our availability, with a minimum of 3 days before departure.

7. Children

7.1. Minors under 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult responsible for the minor.

8. Responsibilities and jurisdiction

8.1. Any disease or physical condition that requires attention or treatment must be communicated to us before the start of the activity.
8.2. It is not allowed to drink alcohol during our tours or activities. Smokers must withdraw enough space from the rest of the group so as not to cause any inconvenience to other customers.
8.3. Not Only Walk is not responsible for the lack of punctuality that may harm the rest of the passengers or the planned trip, for this reason we strongly request that you respect the agreed schedules. The service will continue in case of exceeding an interval of 5 minutes above the agreed time in order to respect the tour times and/or the rest of the passengers. In the event that a group, person or people with a reservation delay more than 5 minutes at the departure time of a tour, it will be understood as a canceled reservation, so their places may be assigned to other people.
8.4. It is your responsibility to respect and obey the laws and regulations of the country including customs or currency restrictions.
8.5. The client accepts that we may use any text written in our comment books, be photographed or filmed while contracting the services of Not Only Walk, and said material may be used in our advertising or material, without the need to obtain your consent or payment for said material.
8.6. Complaints regarding Not Only Walk should be made to the Not Only Walk representative at the right time. If it could not be resolved, once notified, it must be done in writing, within a period of 28 days after having contracted the service. Once this period has passed, any complaint will be dismissed.
8.7. If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed to be rewritten to give effect to the same purposes within the limits permitted by law. The validity and applicability of the other provisions will not be affected.
8.8. In the event of legal action against Not Only Walk, you agree to pay all costs, including but not limited to defense attorney costs.
8.9. These conditions will be understood and interpreted in accordance with the law of France and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the French courts, therefore any trial or act of presence before the law must take place in France.

9. Payments

9.1. By making a reservation through our website, you authorize the payment to be charged to your card or electronic payment account.
9.2. Payment will be charged to your account in full.
9.3. When you pay for your reservation by credit or debit card, certain checks are carried out including obtaining authorization from your card issuer to ensure you have sufficient funds and also for security reasons.
