The txuleta is a cut of beef that is very popular in the Basque Country. Known in other parts of Spain as chuletón, it is a thick cut of the rib part. It can be cooked in different ways, although grilling is the most popular, as this is how you get a piece of meat with a crispy crust on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside.
The meat used for the txuleta is of high quality, characterized by its intense flavor and juiciness. It is usually served accompanied with roasted peppers, and paired with Rioja wines or Cider from the Basque Country.

DESCRIPTION
Surely this is the most gastronomic trip of all that we propose. For this elaboration we are mainly motivated by the tasting of the meat and we take you to a very special location, where you will enjoy the best meat in the world. But we also show you on the same day the essence of the inland Basque Country and rural life.

Within the possibilities and the day of the week we will prepare a tailor-made experience for you. Saturday and Wednesday, we take you to a market, other days depending on availability and the schedule we propose other types of activities, always tailored to your needs, we can include a visit to a farmhouse, or cheese producer; or some very special museum.
After the experience we take you to a restaurant to eat fish, for this day we have chosen a restaurant with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, with a simple and elegant decoration that reflects the tradition and culture of the place. The restaurant is very popular among the locals but also among people who come from all over the world to taste its meats.
The trip includes a night in a charming hotel, the choice of the hotel is complemented by the logic of the dish, thus putting a brilliant final point to the dish.
